Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Oncecheck, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Oncecheck is a command-line interface (CLI) tool that scans iOS, Android, and Web projects for compliance risks. The tool is installed locally via pip and runs on your machine:

pip3 install oncecheck

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

Plans and Billing

Oncecheck offers the following plans:

• Starter (Free) — 35 compliance rules, 3 scans per day, terminal output only.
• Team ($19/month or $190/year) — all 78+ rules, unlimited scans, JSON/SARIF/text export, CI/CD integration, priority support.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard — access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Circumvent plan limits, including scan quotas or feature restrictions.
• Create multiple accounts to avoid plan limitations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the scanning rules or algorithms.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or generate excessive API requests.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws.

Oncecheck scan results are advisory and informational only. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory guidance, or compliance certification. A passing scan does not guarantee that your application will be accepted by any app store, meet any regulatory requirement, or be free of security vulnerabilities. You should consult qualified legal and security professionals for formal compliance assessments. We are not liable for app store rejections, regulatory penalties, or security incidents regardless of scan results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oncecheck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Intellectual Property

The Oncecheck service, including its compliance rules, scanning algorithms, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of its operators. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to your plan.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon requesting deletion, your account enters a 90-day retention period during which you can reactivate by logging in. After 90 days, your account and data are permanently removed. Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately upon deletion request.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
